My friend Dennie was in this weekend and we saw one animal the entire time in the mountains, a doe.

Can you see her?

oh, i was gonna ad that my son and i hiked way back into the mountains behind our house yesterday and didn’t see anything either. of course, the chatter of a 6 year old kind of gives any animals fair warning. we did see lots of tracks, and we pretended we were indian trackers following them. :)

so we’ll continue to fight to save these mountains so future generations can do the same, right? :)

I took five pictures of her and could only find her in this one.

We didn’t see many signs at all which isn’t really surprising now that Massey has moved in.

We will continue to fight for the mountains and all they represent.

If it wasn’t for the comments Denny I don’t know if I could have found her. They really blend in well with the terrian. Good shot! :)
